How can I help you?

I'm interested in:

Person-centred movement for schools & communities

Engaging groups through joyful and creative movement sessions.

I run sessions for mainstream schools, SILC’s, and community groups for adults and children with learning disabilities and autism.  I am based in West Sussex, and am happy to discuss travelling further afield.

Each movement session is guided by my knowledge and experience of how dance can be used as a tool for well-being while also collaborating with the group to encourage movement, autonomy, creativity, and self-expression.

Whether we have an hour together or a whole afternoon, your community members will leave smiling and satisfied that they got to follow their creativity and move their bodies.

To give you an idea of what it’s like, here’s some of the kind of feedback I received after running group sessions:

What’s included in a group class?

  • I run single hour long classes as well as all day multiple session classes and everything in between on a one-off or regular basis.
  • We’ll spend our time together dancing and creating as inspired by the interests of participants, whether that’s the music they like, themes the community is exploring or seasons and current events such as holidays.
  • During our initial call, we’ll work out the best length of the session for your group, ensuring it suits the usual schedule and routine of your community. I’m happy to work around tea breaks and the like!
  • From this conversation, I can work out my fees and send you a quote.
  • Please note support staff are required to be present in the room and are encouraged to get involved with the session.

Here’s an example of what a group session can look like:

Leaps & Bounds is a dance programme run by Yorkshire Dance and delivers regular creative dance classes for adults with learning disabilities across Leeds.

During the pandemic, we created an exciting four-part series exploring the natural world and universe (water, wind, the stars and the sun). Check out these videos and have the tools to create and build your own improvised routine.

This project is funded by Aspire Community Benefit Society.

You may be wondering what my sessions are like. Here are some of the kind words my clients have shared with me:

Upcoming Classes and Workshops

Monthly Yin Yoga for Deep Rest

  • Wed 12th November, 6–7pm BST.
  • Wed 10th December, 6–7pm BST.

Usually held on the second Wednesday of every month.

Each month, you’re invited into a deeply nurturing 60-minute practice where we blend the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with the gentle, supportive embrace of Restorative Yoga.

This predominantly floor-based class guides you into long-held postures, supported by pillows and blankets, to help release tension deep within the intricate web of tissues in your body. There’s no quick fix— just a gentle, ongoing practice to support you time and time again.

🤎 Included in all memberships. Or, you can drop in for £10, here.

🤎 Replay available if you can’t make it live.

🤎 You are always welcome to bring a friend for free. Simply direct them to the booking form, where they can tick ‘Bring a friend for free’ at checkout. This really helps me share the practice of embodiment and rest with more people, and I’d be honoured to welcome them into this space.

Winter Solstice – Seasonal Journaling & Yoga Nidra

A Seasonal Workshop to Rest, Reflect and Let Go of the Year

Wednesday 17th December, 6–7:30 p.m. (Online)

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year— a time for stillness, deep rest, and introspection. A moment to do less and rest more.

In this 90-minute workshop, you’re invited to step away from the festive busyness and sink into the deep, quiet hush of winter. You’ll be guided through a series of gentle journaling prompts to reflect on the past year and gather what you need as the year draws to a close. From there, we’ll move into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practice to support reflection, integration, and release.

We’ll finish by coming together in community. A held space for optional sharing, reflections, and questions.

Everyone is welcome, open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want a quiet space to retreat to amidst the festive busyness
  • You feel ready to pause and reflect before the year ends
  • You want to let go of what no longer serves you
  • You would like to connect with a supportive community as the year draws to a close

Everyone is welcome — open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

✨ The perfect seasonal gift to yourself or a loved one.

🤎 Included in all memberships.

New Year Workshop to Set Intentions for 2026

Wednesday 14th January, 6–7:30 p.m (Online)

A 90-minute online workshop to welcome the new year with clarity and calm.

As we step into a new year, this workshop offers a gentle invitation to pause and connect with your intentions for 2026. A moment to align with what truly matters and move into the year with softness and clarity.

We’ll begin with guided journaling prompts to explore your hopes, priorities, and the feelings you wish to cultivate this year. You’ll be invited to set meaningful intentions, not as rigid goals, but as seeds of possibility for the months to come. From there, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative Yoga practice to digest, settle, and embody your intentions.

We’ll close in community — a held space for optional sharing, reflections, and questions as we welcome the year together.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel ready to set intentions but aren’t sure where to begin
  • You have found it tricky to stick with New Year’s resolutions in the past
  • You want to hold yourself with kindness while staying accountable
  • You are looking to connect with a supportive, like-minded community as you step into the year

Everyone is welcome — open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

🤎 Included in all memberships.

🤎 Or join as a one-off for £20 here
